I’ve just started cycling for a couple of minutes every time I take a break from my desk. It reenergises me and helps keep me focused.

P.S. I read this week that sitting for too long is as bad for your health as smoking 😱 if that’s not an incentive to move more I don’t know what is 🤷🏼‍♀️
